A key milestone in the partnership was a portfolio-wide evolution of unit plans—expanding beyond the long-standing 2-bedroom prototype to include 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. This strategic shift increased flexibility across markets, diversified tenant offerings, and future-proofed the development model.
Each project challenges the team to deliver better, faster, and on budget, while meeting FHA and Energy Star requirements across the portfolio.
